Service Ethos
In all my services, I have the same ethos - a dedication to excellence, sustainability, customer service and good sound.

One of the reasons I like modification is that it makes greatly useful that which might otherwise be shelved or disposed of. It's one thing to save money, it's another thing to keep all the resources and energy that went into manufacturing something still in use. It's also a bit of a kick to see someone reach for what used to be a $200 microphone over a microphone several times the cost, because they love the sound of it.

Timelines
I communicate an estimated timeline whenever I am engaged for a service. If you have timeline concerns or needs, please communicate them to see if they can be accommodated.

Communication
I reply to emails during the week within 48 hours, but don't be surprised if you don't hear from me over a weekend.
